Practitioners agree to provide accurate credentials and to represent their services truthfully. Credentials are displayed as submitted; Quantum Wellness Solutions does not independently verify qualifications or imply medical licensure unless verified.

Verification

Verification is available for practitioners who submit certifications, licenses, training credentials, professional insurance and business information. Verified status does not guarantee outcomes or services.

Conduct

Practitioners may not edit client reviews but may publicly respond. Reports of review violations are reviewed and may result in removal or suspension of listings.
